Had to find replacement parts quickly and stumbled onto your website. Made an order that would take 7 days and I could not afford the extra money to have expressed shipping. Not sure what occurred but the parts arrived in 3 days to such joy and thankfulness. Not sure my back could handle any more lifting of my family member. A nice alternative! Cradle can be permanently mounted and plugged in. Employees bring the battery pack directly to the Cradle for charging. Eliminates frequent dropping of charge adapter and destruction of plug end of charger adapter. We purchased two Units, one for each ward. Thank you!

The unit worked as expected. It was on back order for a while, but worth the wait, we are able to adjust the bed in all range of movement.
