I use a sit to stand daily. The controller was frayed and shorting out. I spoke with sales and discussed a replacement. The part I received worked perfectly. Thank you very much for your help.

My daughter Bestcare hoyer lift had a chip and crack in the wheel that hold her, so we couldn’t use it for safety. Had been trying to get a replacement part for 4 wks from another company (that we originally purchased the lift through). Bestcare gave me Danson number as another rep. I had the part in less than 24 hours from them. I will be looking to Danson from now own for my daughter’s medical needed.
