My daughter Bestcare hoyer lift had a chip and crack in the wheel that hold her, so we couldn’t use it for safety. Had been trying to get a replacement part for 4 wks from another company (that we originally purchased the lift through). Bestcare gave me Danson number as another rep. I had the part in less than 24 hours from them. I will be looking to Danson from now own for my daughter’s medical needed.

Had to find replacement parts quickly and stumbled onto your website. Made an order that would take 7 days and I could not afford the extra money to have expressed shipping. Not sure what occurred but the parts arrived in 3 days to such joy and thankfulness. Not sure my back could handle any more lifting of my family member.
