| The Product
The Bestcare BestStand SA228 Affordable Compact Electric Stand Assist (Sit-to-Stand) Patient Lift is an affordable sit-to-stand patient lift. It is a compact and easily maneuvered product to lift and transport anyone 500lbs or under. It has a low base height of 4.9" which is ideal for sliding under most furniture or chair needed. Using a foot pedal, the base can easily open up to allow wheelchair or toilet entrance.
| Using the Product
Caregivers will have an easy time assisting their patient with minimal labor work. It can only lift a patient from a seated position and does not require strength used by the patient because it is electronically operated.

Our Patients and Staff Love it!
Manual transfers were becoming physically exhausting for our staff, not to mention unsafe. This lift is so helpful, safe and easy to use. Our Patients that are wheelchair bound tell us when they are in the stand up position, the relief from the pressure of sitting all day feels so good, they can't wait to use it. The staff have been thankful for this product and makes their job so much easier and safer for everyone. We are purchasing another lift to use at their day program when they are away from home!

As of 2021, we are able to ship internationally for most lightweight items, but due to the limitation from some manufacturers, we enable this per order. Please reach out if you are shipping internationally so we can help you out.
For large products, such as patient lifts, that are over 20lbs, we do not provide shipping at all.
For smaller products, such as slings or parts, that are under 20lbs, we provide live and accurate international shipping rates available for you to pick from during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy generally lasts 30 days from your order ship date, though certain manufacturers may require a shorter return period. Please note that patient lifts are not eligible for return unless the incorrect lift was shipped by the manufacturer or the product arrives significantly damaged or defective. If you are requesting a return past our policy, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If we, Dansons Medical, or any of our vendors, have made an error on your order, your order will be fixed at no expense to you. In the event your order arrives significantly defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a return shipping label and issue a full refund. For other return requests, return shipping costs may be covered as a discount code applied on top of your refund. We strive to provide the best service to our customers, so feel free to contact us if anything goes wrong!
