Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If we, Dansons Medical, or any of our manufacturers, have made an error on your order, your order will be fixed at no expense to you. If you need to ship an order back to us, the shipping cost will not be deducted from your refund/credit.

The warranty on your product defers between manufacturers that we carry. If you need to make a warranty claim, you will have to contact the manufacturer directly. You can easily find a summary of what each manufacturer covers under their warranty as well as direct links to contact them on this page
