The Eliminator OSR is a track chair. You do not sit in it so much as kneel into it, and almost nothing about it is adjustable after the fact — the frame is fixed and welded to your numbers, because a racing chair that moves under load is a racing chair that wastes your push.

That makes the measurements the whole product. Upper and lower frame width are specified separately, in half inches, so the cage narrows around your body exactly as much as you want. Axle position from 5" to 8" behind the backrest upright sets how the chair balances under acceleration, and cage depth from 14" to 16.5" sets how far forward you sit. All of those, and custom dimensions beyond them, are included rather than charged for.

Choosing a cage. The I, U and Open V frames are three cage geometries at the same price. Which suits you depends on your body, your classification and how you like to sit, so if you are not already racing in one of them, talk to us before ordering and we will work through it with you.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all products shipped to the United States. Most products will arrive within 3-5 business days after they have been shipped and tracking number will be provided for every order.

If you are in need of Overnight or 2-Day Shipping to receive your product, we have these options available for everyone at checkout. These are live and accurate shipping rates to save you money and save us time. Please be aware that 2-Day Shipping may not be available for every location.

 

| International Shipping

As of 2021, we are able to ship internationally for most lightweight items, but due to the limitation from some manufacturers, we enable this per order. Please reach out if you are shipping internationally so we can help you out. 

For large products, such as patient lifts, that are over 20lbs, we do not provide shipping at all.

For smaller products, such as slings or parts, that are under 20lbs, we provide live and accurate international shipping rates available for you to pick from during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy generally lasts 30 days from your order ship date, though certain manufacturers may require a shorter return period. Please note that patient lifts are not eligible for return unless the incorrect lift was shipped by the manufacturer or the product arrives significantly damaged or defective. If you are requesting a return past our policy, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

If we, Dansons Medical, or any of our vendors, have made an error on your order, your order will be fixed at no expense to you. In the event your order arrives significantly defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a return shipping label and issue a full refund. For other return requests, return shipping costs may be covered as a discount code applied on top of your refund. We strive to provide the best service to our customers, so feel free to contact us if anything goes wrong!

 

Manufacturers with less than 30 days return policy:

  • Karman Healthcare - return must be within 14 days of shipping.
