| The Product

The innovative Bestcare BestLift PL350CT Car Transfer Electric Patient Lift is an affordable electric patient lift. This lift was built as a fully electric lift. This lift is foldable and portable which allows for an easy transport from one location to another. Additionally, this lift was designed for minimal swinging to ensure safe transfers for the patient.

 

| Using the Product

The BestLift PL350CT is the perfect product for car transfers as well as everyday transfer needs. This specific spreader bar allows the patients to be positioned from sitting to a laying down position with minimal patient movement. In addition, patients may be transferred from the car, wheelchair, floor or bed.

    The BestCare PL350CT Solved Our Car Transfer Problems

    We purchased the BestCare PL350CT to make car transfers possible for my wife. We drive a Toyota Camry LE 2011 and we were surprised at how easy the transfers are! We were concerned if the patient lift would fit in our trunk and I’m glad to say that it does! We also use the PL350CT for all my wife’s in home transfers and we couldn’t be happier with the patient lift and customer support from Dansons Medical and BestCare!

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all products shipped to the United States. Most products will arrive within 3-5 business days after they have been shipped and tracking number will be provided for every order.

 

| Other Shipping

If you are in need of Overnight or 2-Day Shipping to receive your product, we have these options available for everyone at checkout. These are live and accurate shipping rates to save you money and save us time. Please be aware that 2-Day Shipping may not be available for every location.

 

| International Shipping

As of 2021, we are able to ship internationally for most lightweight items, but due to the limitation from some manufacturers, we enable this per order. Please reach out if you are shipping internationally so we can help you out. 

For large products, such as patient lifts, that are over 20lbs, we do not provide shipping at all.

For smaller products, such as slings or parts, that are under 20lbs, we provide live and accurate international shipping rates available for you to pick from during checkout.

We welcome you to contact us and we will specially and promptly communicate with you to enable this for your order. If you choose to email us, please ensure you email sales@dansonsmedical.com

Warranty and returns

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy generally lasts 30 days from your order ship date, though certain manufacturers may require a shorter return period. Please note that patient lifts are not eligible for return unless the incorrect lift was shipped by the manufacturer or the product arrives significantly damaged or defective. If you are requesting a return past our policy, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

If we, Dansons Medical, or any of our vendors, have made an error on your order, your order will be fixed at no expense to you. In the event your order arrives significantly defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a return shipping label and issue a full refund. For other return requests, return shipping costs may be covered as a discount code applied on top of your refund. We strive to provide the best service to our customers, so feel free to contact us if anything goes wrong!

 

Manufacturers with less than 30 days return policy:

  • Karman Healthcare - return must be within 14 days of shipping.

Great lift for traveling

We love to travel and this is the first lift that has made it easy to get my daughter in and out of a vehicle. Since the lift folds it can be taken along to use in whatever lodging facility we are staying in. We have several Bestcare products and have found them to be of great value. Purchased the Bestcare PL350CT Car Transfer lift and used for over a week now. Working well so far! Fairly easy to assemble. Free quick shipping was nice.
