Just batteries. They arrived quickly, and now our patient lift works again. Pay attention to how your old batteries are connected before removing them!

Pros;
Overall, it appears to be a good product. Sturdy. No loose joints. Storage bag is huge. Seat is comfortable and easy to get up from. Easy to use if you are a little "wide on the bottom." The width of the handles and seat giving us plenty of room.
Cons;
> The brake cables are like wings that catch on Everything.
I attached them to the frame with plastic zip ties and that seems to work well. But be careful that they are not stressed when folding the chair.
