I purchased the electronic patient lift and I made the mistake of not marking. What size sling I needed that comes free with that and it’s automatically mark none so I wrote one email and within three days they sent me the sling and didn’t even charge me for postage and handling, customer service is outstanding the product is unbelievably well-made. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. You won’t make a mistake if you buy from this company.

First let me evaluate the BestCare SA400 HE Sit to Stand lift. I ordered this for my husband who is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, end stage kidney disease, and Parkinson’s. He also is a brittle diabetic with peripheral artery disease and has had 2 toes amputated as well as having at least 2 brain bleeds. My goal is to keep him at home as long as possible. He was introduced to a sit to stand in wound care and it worked well but was a larger model than the one we ordered. I was somewhat apprehensive to order a compact model but I wouldn’t have had the room to maneuver a larger unit in our bathroom. We received this lift two weeks ago and I love it. It is well built and fits our needs exactly. It is easy to maneuver, we have a low loop carpet in our living and bedrooms and tile in the bathroom. The only thing I would change is that even though the knee pad is padded, it is quite hard. This was alleviated by attaching a piece of 2” foam to it. I also added more padding to the underarm portion of the sling. At times he can bear little weight and at other times does much better. The lift works well under both conditions. Our mattress is 26” from the floor and the lift can lift him just high enough to safely sit on the edge of the bed. I chose to order from Danson’s because they had the highest rating for customer service of all the companies I found selling the lift. I did have some miscommunications with Danson’s, some on their side, some on mine. Overall it was remedied in a timely manner and the lift came quite quickly after we worked everything out. I would order from them again but would talk to a customer service person rather than just ordering online.
