Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy generally lasts 30 days from your order ship date, though certain manufacturers may require a shorter return period. Please note that patient lifts are not eligible for return unless the incorrect lift was shipped by the manufacturer or the product arrives significantly damaged or defective. If you are requesting a return past our policy, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

If we, Dansons Medical, or any of our vendors, have made an error on your order, your order will be fixed at no expense to you. In the event your order arrives significantly defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a return shipping label and issue a full refund. For other return requests, return shipping costs may be covered as a discount code applied on top of your refund. The Direct Supply Bedrail Bumper Pad provides cushioning to help protect patients from contact with hard bedrails. It attaches securely with Velcro straps and flips over the rail when lowered for easy use.
