As of 2018, the only zones we absolutely cover for international shipping are Trinidad & Tobago, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands.
For large products, such as patient lifts, that are over 20lbs, we do not provide shipping at all. For smaller products, such as slings or parts, that are under 20lbs, we provide live and accurate international shipping rates available for you to pick from during checkout.
If you are outside the zones we cover indefinitely, we can still provide international shipping if your order is under 20lbs. We welcome you to contact us and we will specially and promptly communicate with you to enable this for your order. If you choose to email us, please ensure you email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All U.S. customers can pick overnight or 2-day shipping during checkout. This is a live and accurate shipping rate that will help you save money! Please be aware the 2-day shipping option may not appear for order.
If there's no tracking, it has not been shipped out yet. If it's a patient lift, it may just not be in our system yet, but may have shipped already. Feel free to reach out at email@example.com and we can help you out!
It can be confusing when you've only received part of your order, but please be aware of the following:
‣ If you order contains a large freight items (like a patient lift or recliner) and a smaller item (sling, parts, etc.) many manufacturers will actually send them separately. Usually, the smaller item first, and then the larger freight item later. ‣ If your order contains items from different manufacturers, they will be shipped separately. The manufacturer for your product is found underneath "SKU" on the product page ‣ In other cases it may have actually been a mistake on our end or the manufacturer's end, so reach out to let us know. This doesn't happen often, but it is possible.
Proceed to the Actuators page and select your patient lift, electronic system, weight capacity, or patient lift type on the left-hand filter section to filter through the products for the applicable products based on your model. Below is a screenshot:
If you are contacting us about a question, but are not sure about how to refer to your product, please read the below so that we can service you the best we can.
| Patient Lifts/Stand Assist Lifts | The Bestcare patient lift/stand assist models are typically 2 letters that indicate the type of lift (PL/SA/STA) followed by a
set of 3 digit numbers, and sometimes followed by ending letters. This
can be found in your owner's manual or on your packaging box that the
lift came in. Their whole range of products can be found on this page. Example of Common Lift Models: PL400H, SA400, STA450
| Slings | Bestcare sling models typically begin with a "SL-" and are followed by a few letters combined with a set of 3 digit numbers. All slings have an informative tag sewed on where you can find the model number. The model number will have a checkmark next to it. Example of Common Sling Models: SL-TP332, SL-R112, SL-DSA662
| Electronic Parts | Electronic part model numbers are less transparent to find and referring to your lift model may not always help, since the same lift model may utilize different electronic components, depending on what year it was made. However, it is easy to know what parts you are talking about, as long as you can reference us your control box. There are simply 3 types of control box models that Bestcare lifts use, of which, all the parts relate to. The 3 types of control boxes is the Legacy Control Box, Performance Control Box, and the TiMotion Control Box.
The best way to extend the life of your patient lift batteries is to keep it fully charged whenever you can. When the battery is fully depleted frequently, the act of charging it back up from it empty state can reduce the longevity. We suggest keeping it plugged in to charge after every use if possible.
